A completed Application Form does not oblige the school to accept your child. However, once you have been notified of your child’s placement decision and the registration and relevant term fees have been paid, a contract is deemed to exist between the school and the parents/guardians, provided that the school regulations are observed. The school reserves the right to place your child in a class deemed to be the most appropriate, within the bounds of the BROOKDALE guidelines.
1. All belongings of the student should be clearly marked. Every student is expected to take care of his/her own belongings.
2. Parents or Guardians must not allow their children/wards to bring any valuable articles such as jewelry, expensive watches, cameras, etc. to the school.
3. No leave is granted during the term except under very urgent circumstances.
4. Un-authorized absence from the school shall be considered as a serious misconduct.
5. Minor ailments will be treated in the school infirmary. In case of a serious ailment needing hospitalization, parents will be informed.
6. Parents/Guardians must inform the school if the children/wards have contracted an infectious disease during the holidays and if they have received any prophylactic or proactive treatments.
7. Periodic reports of the students' progress will be sent to the parents.
8. The school does not accept any responsibility legal or otherwise, for accidents, it will however, take all necessary steps to
9. prevent such happenings.
10. In all matters pertaining to studies, behavior, and welfare of the students, the Principal’s decision is final and binding.
11. The admission is granted purely on academic grounds irrespective of caste, creed and community.
12. Every candidate must be registered with the school before taking the admission test.
13. The registration fee is Rs. 500/- (non–refundable). Registration does not guarantee admission. On being offered vacancy the parent/guardian is required to bring their child / ward to school for an interview-cum–written test on the basis of which admission is made.
14. At the time of admission, the student must produce a transfer certificate from the school last attended.
15. In exceptional cases, depending on the merit of the child, a mid–term admission may be effected in case there is a casual vacancy in a particular case.
16. School fees and other charges shall be paid every month in advance by the 10th of each month. After the expiry of “DUE DATE” the tuition fee will be deposited with the ‘late fee’ fine of Rs. 50/- which will be charged on a daily basis.
17. If parents wish to withdraw their child from the school, one month’s notice in writing must be given to the school. A refundable security deposit will be given to the parents/guardian on the child’s leaving day.
18. The refundable security deposit may be utilized by the school for insufficient notice of withdrawal, unpaid tuition fee or other charges, and damage to school property caused by the child.
19. And that the school administration may use the children's audio, video and all teaching materials for marketing purposes and all these materials will be the property of the school administration.
